Lilac Checked Printed Cotton Tablecloth Farmhouse Style 52x98 Hemmed
This lilac checked farmhouse style tablecloth is a woven printed cotton fabric. This gingham like design reminds me of the linens from the era of the nineteen fifties. This tablecloth is a hemmed, new, unused product. The nearly vintage fabric is lightweight and has a very smooth finish. The color is better represented by the closeup photo on the right. This size tablecloth fits a 7' table with a 7" drop on each end.
The type of fabric is called cotton sateen. This fabric is an exclusive, copyrighted design of the former Summer Hill Ltd. This fabric was called Summer Check Lilac. This former distributor and manufacturer sold exclusively to high end designers, upholsterers, and architects only. I purchased the fabrics at auction and therefore have limited quantities of each design. Once my inventory is sold I will have no more of that design. The underside of the hem of my tablecloth displays the exclusive copyrighted name and year of manufacture, 1992.
I personally have made this tablecloth of new fabric in my home in a clean environment where no cigarette fumes of any kind are present. I pre-washed the fabric in cold water, no bleach, and tumbled dry to eliminate the possibility of shrinkage.
To launder: Presoak stains in laundry detergent. Machine wash COLD separately. No bleach. Tumble dry. Remove and press with spray starch to aid in the ease of pressing and restore a crisp look.

When deciding the size of a desired tablecloth, measure the top of your table. Then visualize how much you want the cloth to drape over the edge. Double that number and add it to the length and width measurement of each side of the table top. Then you are ready to order your custom made tablecloth. In some cases I may have to piece the cloth to make it the size you're requesting.
My goal is to ship items within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of a paid order provided that day is a USPS service day. Custom orders will require longer processing time. Custom orders are not returnable; however, I will pay close attention to the details to ensure the product you receive meets your expectations and complete satisfaction.

Upon agreement with the customer of a special ordered item's price and construction time, the customer will be notified via email of a link to the store site for ordering the item. Upon receipt of payment, this item will be constructed and packaged for shipping promptly.
