The Spotted Teal Kracken Boro Glass Octopus Necklace / Sculpture

This is a great example of boro glass jewelry, a little Kracken with her tentacles more relaxed and spread out. This is the Spotted Teal, a pure teal color with crazy Hot Pink hood markings, formed by layering four different colors of glass, just to get the hot pink! Her back tentacle is a closed loop to firmly attach her to either a 27" silver filled ball chain or a twisted Chinese silk necklace, both included. Still approx 2.25" across, formed in the torch and properly annealed in a digital kiln for durability, this one arrives safely wrapped in a fun little tin gift box. Handmade glass eye chip gives her such realistic eyes, you might want to keep her on her cord, just in case! Really fun and safe to wear, for a truly dramatic look! Marked with the maker's mark "M" on the bottom while still molten. Like all the other items in this store, this one is made with no molds, just old fashioned hand tools and the fire of the torch.
