SECTION 1 - shipping

When you purchase an original piece of glass from Dragon Fire Glass Studio you will recieve free shipping in the Continental USA. Your item will ship within 1-3 days by first class mail. If you prefer a faster method please communicate with me to upgrade this service. I do recommend insurance and it is included with your glass, if you want extra insurance please include that information before shipping. If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the USA I will ship your original glass to you the quickest, most economical way possible.


SECTION 2 - Returns
I do accept returns on any unused undamaged glass returned within 7-14 days of purchase. Return shipping is at the purchaser's expense.


SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE
Dragon Fire Glass Studio glass is made, fired, and properly annealed to preserve the strength and longevity that this medium deserves. It is made in my personal studio. It is not outsourced or mass produced in any way. Every piece is a true work of art.


SECTION 4 - ARTFIRE

Our store is hosted on ArtFire.com. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through ArtFire’s data storage, databases and the general ArtFire application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.


SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
