ONE OF A KIND Reclaimed Vintage Assemblage Bracelet & Pierced Earrings SEt

This set started out as the Sarah Coventry "Young & Gay" Silvertone bracelet and clip earrings. I have had them for sale for quite a while, and they were perfect for the project that I had in mind. So I used them as the core for this design. I had these great really old glass yellow flowers that were on wires that I wanted to use, I have buttercups in my garden that had just started to bloom and wanted to create a piece out of those. These buttercups remind me of my Grandmother, because she used to have a bunch of them in her garden, and her favorite jewelry "go to" was faux pearls. So it was only natural for me to put those together for this design.
The set is aptly called BUTTERCUP PEARLS. I wanted this set to have a very old look about it, so all the materials used are vintage, and have wear. I tried even to use vintage rings and connectors that also had patina on the metal. I didn't want there to be anything new looking about it. So this piece has a very rustic appearance, the beads show wear, the metals are mismatched and some are tarnished. The only NEW parts that I used were some wire, and the french hooks for the earrings. I did decide to go with new hangers, to match the silvertone of the base set. They are hypo-allergenic and have small little plastic cork style backs to keep them from slipping out.

This gorgeous duo will be beautiful with lace, satin, boho styles and would be a wonderful accessory for a summer wedding!!!!

Bracelet~ 7" long x 1 3/8" wide in front, graduated
Earrings~ 1" wide (widest part) x 2.75" long (From top of hook)

Many hours of work and love were put into this piece, to ensure that it was beautiful as well as wear-worthy~ this piece not only looks fabulous, but is well made using techniques to ensure quality and longevity.
Any repair work that is needed within the first 6 months (which I take steps to prevent that from happening, but .... S*&t happens sometimes!!) is totally free, including return shipping. So rest assured that your piece will be taken care of, and that it has been constructed well. That said, my pieces ARE made from vintage and sometimes antique components. So you will want to take care when wearing, dry with clean towel quickly after exposure to water (ie. rain, etc), and store in a safe environment (FYI: cats LOVE to chew up feathers!!)

NOTE about my preowned jewelry: I wipe down all surfaces that come in contact with skin with rubbing alcohol prior to shipping, and then place them in ziplock baggies, to make sure that the items are sterile and safe to wear when you get them.
