SHIPPING: Each piece of jewelry will be placed in a gift box wrapped in bubble wrap and then put in a bubble wrap mailing envelope. If an object is too big for the standard gift boxes that I use, the piece will be wrapped in tissue paper, wrapped in bubble wrap and then put in a bubble wrap mailing envelope.
Product(s) will be shipped within 2-3 days after receipt of payment. If there is no payment within 3 days, the item(s) will be put up for sale again.
DOMESTIC ORDERS: I use USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation. For items or a collection of items over $25.00 I will add insurance. Because these are mostly one of a kind pieces, I hate to have them lost because then both you and I lose. If you want EXPRESS SHIPPING, let me know and I will have to adjust shipping charges BEFORE you purchase. I use USPS rates for items so let me know and I can get an accurate quote before you purchase.
INTERNATIONAL: I will be using international first class mail pricing for all orders as a cost saving measure and will secure the cost from USPS before I send the package. Any purchase over $25.00 will be insured for the same reason as listed as above. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to global priority (be aware—it costs a lot more) but you do get it faster. This feature is for last minute shoppers. If you want package tracking, let me know and I will get you an accurate quote for shipping using global priority mail.
EXPRESS SHIPPING ON DOMESTIC PURCHASES IN THE USA

REFUNDS, REPAIR AND REPLACE CONDITIONS
Each piece has been photographed to replicate its color as accurately as possible but we all know that different monitors, tablets, and phone screens show colors a little differently. So, if you are not satisfied with the product, please return it in its original condition, within 7 days, in its original packaging and with a note of explanation of what you would like to do or you can contact me through ArtFire. Because I don’t make duplicates, and I state this on my site, I can’t replace it with another like it. I am also very specific in my product descriptions as to their lengths and whether or not they give. It you have broken it by trying it on a bigger wrist than was recommended, then the product is yours. Plain and simple. I would have to see a picture of what happened before I would even agree to try and repair it or refund your money and my repair charge is $25.00 per hour so be very careful and make sure you read size specifications. I’m not trying to be mean, it’s just that I do mostly one of a kind work and because of the intricacy of some of my pieces or the limited availability of certain beads, they are not able to be modified very easily.

Our store is hosted on ArtFire.com. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
