We ship Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, usually before 12:00pm Mountain Time. If you purchase early on one of these ship days, your order might ship the same day. U.S. holidays will cause a delay in shipment, as will inclement weather, at times. All U.S. orders over $100 will receive free shipping and insurance. International orders over $100 will be insured at our expense. We ship U.S.P.S. First Class or Priority Mail. We will ship Express Mail at buyer's request and expense to U.S. locations only.
Orders are processed in 1-3 business days or sooner if we are able, possibly longer if a U.S. holiday or inclement weather is involved. Orders placed earlier in the week receive faster service. Actual delivery times vary depending on shipping method and where items are being shipped. In addition, occasionally there are unexplained postal delays which are outside of our control.
All buyers, including international, will receive email notification of shipment with tracking information.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE NOTE that VAT and Customs charges may apply to your order, and it is your responsibility to pay them if they are applied by your country. Also, please note that we cannot control what happens regarding shipments outside the U.S.A. All international shipments valued over $100 are insured at our expense (if your order is valued under $100 and you want insurance, contact us before purchase). By buying from our shop, you are agreeing that we will not be responsible should an international package get lost in shipment. Although an international package we've shipped has never been lost, if it does happen, we have no control over that.
Also, sometimes it takes weeks for a package to arrive to some countries, and on very rare occasions has taken several months to reach their destinations. If this happens, it could be the package is stuck in customs which is out of our control. Please keep this in mind when purchasing from our store.
Kindly please do not ask us to lie on the Customs Form, which is considered fraud. We print our international postage electronically because it provides us with a cheaper price which is passed on to you. It also provides us with tracking information which we can't get if we buy postage directly from the Post Office. We will not deviate from the actual description and price of the merchandise purchased. Thank you for your understanding.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you want to return an item, let us know within 7 days of purchase. We will accept returns within 2 weeks of purchase. Item must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped and with any gift box provided within that 2-week period. Buyer pays return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error on our part. Any beads sold on-string must remain on-string to be refunded.
IMPORTANT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
We will not break strands to pick and choose to make every bead you purchase perfect. As most of our listings state, due to the nature of Czech beads, colors and finishes may vary on bead strands, and there may be factory imperfections in some beads. We also won't break strands to provide different colors of the same bead in one lot. We won't break strands to pick and choose or mix colors because it results in leaving us with incomplete strands which we cannot sell. In addition, antiquing on our metal beads could vary among different bead lots. Thank you for your understanding.
