Our BEST SELLING calming bracelet is handmade from four different types of precious gemstone beads. Each of the gems has known healing properties to help bring a sense of peace and healing. The beautiful gemstones are combined with classic filigree silver beads and findings. This stress relief bracelet is not only useful for people who struggle with anxiety, it's also an elegant piece of jewellery that you can wear every day!

Several ancient civilizations and religions believed in the healing properties of gemstones and crystals, and many people today still follow the teachings of those ancestors. The four types of gemstones have been chosen for their reported properties to aid in calming everyday stresses.

• KUNZITE is a pale pink crystal that is used "for emotional and mental healing" and may be helpful in calming feelings of panic or anxiety.
• LEPIDOLITE is a pink crystal that is an excellent choice to help relax and counter stressful emotions such as worry, fear and grief. The soothing energy of lepidolite may aid the wearer by calming mental and emotional imbalances. Lepidolite is also a birthstone for those born under the sign of Libra.
• RUTILATED QUARTZ is a clear crystal with strands of golden-hued rutile running through it. This type of quartz is believed to have cleansing properties, helping to heal emotional wounds from the past and soothe the dark thoughts that can crowd the mind in people who are depressed or those who struggle with phobias or anxiety.
• ROSE QUARTZ: is another pink crystal and is known as the "stone of universal love". It is chosen for its calming properties as it may assist in releasing feelings of worry, fear and anxiety in addition to helping heal past emotional traumas. Rose Quartz may be either a birthstone for the month of January or the star sign Taurus (sources vary).

Returns and exchange details
Requests for refunds and/or return or exchange of custom/personalised items are not accepted in ANY case. The same applies to any items that were purchased on sale, on clearance, or any ready made/ready to ship products.

I will accept returns up to fourteen (14) days from date of receipt of the items. Please contact me within three (3) days of receipt of item.

Items must be shipped back in their original condition and advised that they be returned via a registered/tracked delivery service as I shall not be held liable for any lost/missing parcels.

I shall not be held liable for any damages incurred as a result of inadequate packaging, mishandling by the postal service, and items that come back to me in a less than sale-able condition will not be refunded.

You will be refunded MINUS postage cost(s) and you shall be responsible for the cost of return postage.


If your item arrives damaged, if there was an error/missing item, or if I sent the wrong item please contact me (include photographs and an accurate description of the damage/s or error/s) within three (3) days of receipt of item.

Items must be shipped back in their original condition and advised that they be returned via a registered/tracked delivery service as I shall not be held liable for any lost/missing parcels.

You will be refunded fully or the item replaced.
You shall be responsible for the cost of return postage.

Damages (in the case of poor jewellery care or mishandling) or loss that occurs after receipt of the item is the responsibility of the buyer and I shall not be held liable in such cases.


Lost/missing parcels
Please allow AT LEAST 20 WORKING days (for items posted to Europe) or 25 WORKING days (for items to the rest of the world) from the expected date of receipt (possibly longer during busy periods, e.g. Christmas) before contacting me regarding non-delivery. A claim will be made by myself to Royal Mail, and once Royal Mail investigates and provides me a refund, said refund will be passed on to you. NOTE: International lost/missing parcel claims can take UP TO 90 days to process.

Items will be shipped to the address listed in the purchase receipt only.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the address provided is correct and up to date. I shall not be held liable for any packages that are delivered to an incorrect returned due to an incomplete address or its equivalent.

You shall be responsible for paying for postage to resend any packages that are returned to me due to an error in the address, incomplete/inaccessible address or listed as unclaimed/refused etc.


I use a drop-off service to dispatch parcels. This means that I drop all orders off at my local post office and mark them as "Dispatched".

Usually the post office gets to the items on the day itself, but if they are busy (and especially during periods such as Christmas etc.), they may take more than a day to sort through the parcels.

Please bear this in mind, if you notice that the date of dispatch and the postmarked date on the package is different, or if your packaged is delayed.

Processing times
Processing times for orders vary between 5-7 working days for most orders. For large orders, or orders that require extra supplies to be bought in, processing time can take up to four weeks - you will be informed of this at the time of purchase.

UK customers - you have the option to upgrade your shipping to 1st Class/Special Delivery. Please note that this only applies to the method used to ship your parcel; your order will still be subject to the usual processing time.

I am not responsible for any customs and handling charges incurred as a result of your country's tax and duty laws.


Custom and personalised orders
Custom/personalised items are classed as anything that is not usually available in my store, where the design has been altered/changed, and/or has been personalised to your specifications.

This includes (but is not limited to) the following: where one or more gemstones are changed according to you request, or a larger/smaller size bracelet is requested etc.

ALL customised/personalised items are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-RETURNABLE and NON-EXCHANGABLE.

PLEASE CONTACT ME PRIOR TO PURCHASE if you have a custom request and I will try my best to accommodate you. If you fail to contact me PRIOR TO PURCHASE, and instead leave a note at checkout or send me a convo (post purchase), I WILL NOT be able to customise your order and you will be sent what you purchased (as shown in the listing pictures).


Product descriptions
All products are described and photographed as accurately as possible. Pictures are taken using a Samsung Galaxy S7 / S8 mobile phone, either under natural light, white fluorescent light, or in a lightbox with LEDs.

Each bracelet is made to order unless otherwise stated (i.e. "Ready To Ship items) and so bracelet lengths may vary by +/- ¼ (1/4) inch and the number of gemstones will depend on the length of bracelet chosen.

Please allow for products to possibly differ in colour due to different display monitor settings - requests for returns or exchanges of items because of this reason shall not be entertained.

All gemstones used are genuine unless otherwise stated - with the exception of Turquoise - either dyed and/or treated, stabilised or reconstituted. Please allow for colours of gemstones shown in listing pictures and those received to possibly differ slightly and have inclusions etc.

Most gemstones used are 6mm but may vary by +/- 0.5-1mm.

Jewellery Care

> Gemstones
• Refrain from swimming with gemstone jewellery as the chlorine/salt water can damage them.
• Do not clean whilst wearing gemstone jewellery as exposure to strong chemicals such as bleach, turpentine, ammonia etc. can dull or possibly erode gemstones.
• Store gemstones away from direct sunlight as it can fade gemstones or cause them to change colour.

> Macramé bracelets
• Do not get the bracelet wet - it is not guaranteed that the colour of the cord will not run, and exposure to water/liquids may cause the glue to wear off and the knotting (closure) to come undone.

> Stretchy bracelets
• Please roll the bracelet on or off your wrist, DO NOT pull, as repetitive pulling over a course of time can cause the elastic to stretch and weaken.
• Refrain from showering, swimming, or exercising with your bracelet. Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures, body oils, perfumes, lotions and cosmetics as exposure to these can also cause the elastic to weaken over time and as a result the elastic may stretch/break.
• Do not clean whilst wearing stretchy bracelets as exposure to strong chemicals could possibly erode or react with the elastic (and gemstones).

> Plated jewellery
• Plated charms, jump/split rings and necklaces will tarnish over time; use a damp cloth to clean these. Do not use chemicals as this will fade/remove the plating.

The above information is not an exhaustive list of "Dos and Don'ts" and exposure to other elements may cause your jewellery to break or deteriorate at a faster pace than basic expected wear and tear.

Please use common sense when caring for your jewellery, and if you are unsure, there are many resources available on the internet on how to care for your items.

It is advised to remove all jewellery before you sleep to prevent further fading (for plated items, due to the addition friction of rubbing against skin/bedding), or possible damage to cording/elastic due to catching on something etc.

Refunds or exchanges will NOT be provided if it is found that improper care of the jewellery was the cause of damages or breakages.
