Essential oils have been used extensively for centuries for health purposes. When buying products that contain essential oils make sure they come from a source that is 100% pure essential oils. doTERRA oils are “certified pure therapeutic grade” meaning they are free of toxins and chemicals, and are unfiltered and undiluted. If you see the word ‘fragrance’ it almost always means there are other additives.
Although there is no fixed recipe when it comes to essential oils, what might work for you, might not work for someone else. After researching the benefits of each oil, we blended oils together that we felt would most benefit each particular issue. Because each oil has a wide range of benefits it is not limited to just this specific use. We have personally used most all of our blends with good results and have had positive feedback from customers using our rollerball blends.

DECONGESTION OILS:

MELALEUCA: acne, allergies, athlete’s foot, bacterial infections, bronchitis, candida, coughs, dermatitis/eczema, earache, hives, lice, nail infection, pink eye, tonsillitis.
MARJORAM: headache/migraine, muscle spasm, chronic fatigue, shingles, tension, cold sores, blood pressure, fungal infections, viral infections, nerve pain, menstrual cramps, cough, carotid artery, stomach pain, shock.
WHITE FIR: bronchitis, bursitis, cartilage inflammation, energizing, muscle fatigue, muscle pain, rheumatism, sprains.
EUCALYPTUS: bronchitis, congestion, coughs, expectorant, flu, lice, pneumonia, respiratory viruses, shingles.
FRANKINCENSE: Alzheimer’s, arthritis, asthma, balance, cancer, depression, fibroids, immune support, inflammation, mental fatigue, pneumonia tumors ulcers, warts, wrinkles

Apply over chest area, bottoms of feet and neck/throat area as needed.

CITRUS BLISS: wild orange, lemon, grapefruit, mandarin, bergamot, tangerine, clementine, vanilla.

SERENITY: ADD/ADHD, addictions, anxiety, calming, hyperactivity, insomnia, mental fatigue, mood swings, sleep stress, tension.
WILD ORANGE: anxiety, digestion, fear, heart palpitations, insomnia, menopause, mouth ulcers, nervousness, uplifting, water retention, withdrawal.
LAVENDER: allergies, blisters, burns, cuts, diaper rash, herpes simples, insomnia, mastitis, menopause, rashes, teeth grinding, ticks, vertigo.
