Return and exchange

Questions about the shortage of goods are considered within 2 (two) days from the date of receipt of the parcel.
It is possible to replace or return the goods within 14 days (unless another term has been previously agreed and is not specified in the description of the goods purchased).
The goods cannot be exchanged and returned if the defect / reason for return is not indicated, packaging or equipment is lost, packaging is glued over with adhesive tape / price tags or has foreign inscriptions, traces of significant operation or mechanical damage are found.
