The barefoot sandals are made based upon US shoe size with stretch string. The string stretches up to 1.25" comfortably. If you wear two sizes or are in between sizes, I recommend ordering the smaller size.

All jewelry is handmade to order. The time needed to prepare an order varies. The jewelry is usually ready to ship with in 5 - 10 days.
The items are wrapped and packed safely in a thick bubble envelope or sturdy shipping box. We use USPS, Fed Ex, or UPS as the carrier.
We ship WORLDWIDE! The actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose; however, we can't guarantee them.

United State : 3 - 7 business days
Canada: 10 - 21 business days
United Kingdom: 15 - 30 business days
All Other Countries: 10 - 30 business days
All international customers are responsible for the customs duties and taxes within their own country. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
Jewelry by Angel Store will need to declare the full dollar value on international shipments. Unfortunately we cannot put a lower value on the parcel or mark the parcel as gift.
Due to the nature of the bridal industry, you must notify me immediately upon receipt if you want to return your items. A 30% re-stocking fee will apply. Sales are final after 7 days.

Jewelry that has not been worn, altered, or damaged by wear & tear can be exchanged with in 7 days from the delivery date. It must be returned in its original package along with any & all contents that came with it.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by wear & tear will not be accepted. Sales are final after 7 days.

--- Question: When will I receive my order?
Answer: All items are hand made to order. The time needed to prepare an order varies. Orders are usually ready to ship with in 5 to 10 days. Please plan accordingly to allow enough time for your order to be completed and shipped. Please contact us if you need your order by a specific date or time frame. We will try our best to meet your request. The estimated delivery time is based upon the method of shipment chosen at the time of purchase. --- Question: I received something other than what I ordered, what do I do?
Answer: We’re sorry to hear this. Mistakes do sometimes happen. Please contact us through the "Contact Us" link and we’ll get it sorted out for you.
--- Question: My item is damaged, what do I do?
Answer: Our apologies. Though each product is inspected for quality assurance before shipping, it is possible to receive a damaged item. For this reason it is important to open and inspect your items as soon as you receive them. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package if there is anything wrong with your items. We cannot replace damaged items outside of this time frame.
--- Question: What if I did not receive my package and tracking shows as delivered?
Answer: We are sorry to hear this. You will need to contact the appropriate postal service for assistance. You may contact them online through the USPS website, where you can enter your tracking number, select Customer Service FAQ, and complete the online request for the delayed mail report. You can also contact them via the Customer Service number on their website. Jewelry by Angel is not responsible for mail that is lost or delayed by the postal service. Jewelry by Angel is not responsible for any errors made by the postal service. However, if your package has not been received within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email (6 weeks for international), please contact us and we will direct you as to how to file a claim with the postal service.
--- Question: What if the package is returned?
Answer: If a package is returned because the address provided to us was incorrect, we are not responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We will contact the buyer for the correct address, and buyer will need to re-pay shipping and handling costs before we will send the package again.
--- Question: What if the package is refused or unclaimed due to VAT taxes & shipment duties?
Answer: If delivery is refused by recipient or package is unclaimed for any reason, the order will not be refunded unless the package returns to Jewelry by Angel. If the package does return, a refund will be applied for the cost of the items only.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We cannot mark international shipments as "gifts" to avoid the charges as it is unethical. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
