Dazzling! This Art Deco Style 1950s Hollywood Regency bib choker, by lusury mid century Garne Jewelry is a keeper. The prong-set rhinestone link chain measures 14" long, without an extension. The rhinestone bib measures 3" across and 1" wide. In very good condition, the clasp is missing one of the three tiny rhinestones (see second to last photo).

PAYMENT and CANCELLATION POLICY
1. We require immediate payment via PayPal at checkout.
2. International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import duties, taxes, VAT, and any other charges associated with items being sent to you from the United States. By law, value declarations on the customs form is price of the item(s) in the package.
3. Orders cannot be cancelled after they are shipped. We ship as soon as possible, so if you are going to cancel a purchase, please do so very quickly. If we have already shipped the item, we cannot accept a cancellation.
4. Refunds: You will be reimbursed for a return if you follow the Returns policy as defined above. Your refund will be issued when we receive the item and inspect it to ensure it is in the same condition as the listing photos show.
1. If you are not happy with the item:
----> Notify us within 24 hours of delivery that you are returning the item and why.
----> Mail the item back to us within 3 business days of delivery, in the same condition as you received it, and securely packed. You are responsible for return shipping costs via USPS 1st Class or 1st Class International, including tracking. You are also responsible for any loss in value of the item due to damage, when returned item is compared with listing photos. (Exception - see #2 below)
----> Contact us with the tracking number and estimated arrival date.
----> We will issue your refund as soon as the item gets back to us and inspection indicates it is in the same condition as it was when we sent it to you.
2. If your item arrives damaged:
----> Take photos of the package and the damaged contents.
----> Take the damaged package and contents (all the packaging, pieces, and parts) and the photos to your post office to open a claim. They may tell you that the sender needs to do this. Be sweetly persistent.
----> Contact us right away with the the name and address of your post office, the supervisor's name, the claim number, AND ALL the photos. We will take that information to our post office/our independent insurance to open a claim on our side.
----> Reimbursement/refund will depend on the outcome of these actions.
3. Refund processing time will vary based on your payment method. If you do not get your refund within 14 business days after it is issued by us, contact PayPal or your credit card.
