ORDER & DELIVERY
In most cases, the processing time for your order is 1-3 business days, but for some listings this period may be extended to 5 business days.
Approximate delivery times for standart shipping:
North America: 3-5 weeks
Europe: 1 - 3 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-5 weeks
I'll do my best to meet these dispatch estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I accept returns, exchanges and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Return items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
All items made of natural materials: cotton or linen-cotton yarns (noted in listing description). These can be washed on a gentle 30 degree cycle. Don’t use wringing.
Please ensure that the address is correct prior to placing an order. If any package is refused upon delivery, is never picked up from the postal office, or requires re-shipment due to an incorrect address (or any reason), the buyer is responsible for paying the subsequent reshipment fees.
Custom and personalised orders
I will gladly take your personalized order. You will need to tell me your settings and we will discuss them. I will make you an offer and i can start the work.
Often, personalization requires more time. Consider this fact at the time of the order.
Each listing contains the information about the size. If you'd like to have a thing of another size please convo me.
In case of return or exchange of the goods please pay attention that Buyer pays for the return shipment (even if the item was bought at free shipping sale)
Please note, shipping time may vary depending on your location and customs processing, so I can’t guarantee that items will be received by a certain date - it's out of your control. The transit time will also be affected by any busy season (e.g. Christmas) or your local holidays.
If your items didn't arrive within 45 days, contact me and I will log an investigation through Post. Once this is completed, they will contact your country Post and will both conduct an investigation in an attempt to locate your package. If the package is officially recognized lost, 100% refund is guaranteed.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Our store is hosted on ArtFire.com. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through ArtFire’s data storage, databases and the general ArtFire application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

We do not store, share, or track any personal financial information. All transactions are via third party payment processors using the latest encryption and security technologies.
