The Jordan brand keeps it classic and simple with this modified silhouette and retro styling! After the Bred, Shattered Backboard and Royal got their time under the spotlight, here is the “smoke grey” or “shadow” toe. A black leather toe cap, eyelets, and forefoot overlays contrast the light grey leather perforated toe. Black tumbled leather appears on the collar and heel. There is white leather on the mid-panel, underneath the grey Swoosh. A traditional “Wings” emblem is located on the heel. Furthermore, a mini black embroidered Jumpman sits on the tongue. The subdued look is capped off with a white midsole and grey outsole.

The Air Jordan 1 Smoke Grey GS is all about using neutral tones to dress up this iconic silhouette and give it a new little innovative twist. Materials are indeed a bit out of the norm. Whereas much of the construction favors the typical, the innermost components don a subtitle perforation in perpetuity, essentially setting it apart even further from its inspirations. The wings insignia on the heel and lonesome Jumpman on the tongue reinforce that effect.
