Medium, symmetrical growth to 50 feet. Stays compact and dense with very little shearing. More narrow than most spruces; mature width about 15 feet. Needles are short and soft; glossy dark green on top, silver underneath. Branches droop gracefully as tree matures. Probably the most beautiful and most adaptable of the Spruces.
