PetProMart's collars are uniquely hand made using Beta 520 Standard BioThane® Beta is a soft coating that has the look and feel of leather. It has a low gloss or dull appearance. It is soft and flexible. The leather embossing gives it the leather look. It will hold its flexibility in very cold weather. It is a safe vegan material alternative to leather which is waterproof, stink-proof, exceptionally durable, soft to the touch, and features a variety of color choices! Best of all, a quick rinse under water is all it takes to get your collar looking new again. We offer two choices of hardware; black and silver metal hardware that is rust-resistant and exceptionally durable. Can be made with the Stainless Steel or brass which is resistant to corrosion. We can add an optional rivet-on pet ID tag in your choice of color. We also offer custom sizes of collars or leashes (typically at no extra charge, although with longer leashes, there may be an additional charge).
*Note: with most metals (including marine gear), it is highly recommended to fully rinse the collar hardware with fresh water after it has been exposed to salt water. This will prevent pitting/rusting of the Nickle plating and eventual corrosion.
ID Tag Personalization:
Keep your personalized text short for best fit and look. Typically pet’s short name and phone number looks best; however, you can add up to 4 lines of text with up to 20 characters.
Add Rivet Tag Color
Provide rivet color in the buyers note. Stainless Steel only comes in silver. Other tag colors are available in Aluminum. If not noted, we will use the same color as hardware.
Add any special instructions in the buyers note to seller during checkout. If you forgot to add the note, send us a message on Art Fire.

We use a 50 Watt Laser Engraver for Deep Laser Engraving, not the laser marking that most tag makers use. Laser marking can rub off, laser engraving is permanent engraving in the metal.
This is considered a custom product; therefore, we do not allow returns for wrong size ordered, or if you changed your mind. We recommend you measure your pups neck size and double check it to be sure. If there is damage or a defect, we will consider returns on a case-by-case basis. If we made a mistake on the ID tag, you must notify us within 21 days, so we can arrange for you to return the collar in which we will remove the tag and replace it with a corrected tag.

Free domestic shipping on selected items throughout the store. If it can ship in a flat envelope, it typically will ship for free. Your standard tags will arrive in a flat #10 envelope and ships First Class Mail (with/out tracking). If it fits in a box or in a padded envelope (up to 15 ounces), it will ship USPS First Class (with Tracking). For International Orders, we use USPS International Shipping.
For orders that are designed for our shop may ship directly from the manufacturer or distributor. In this case, they will use their shipping method. If we receive a tracking number, we will pass the information onto our customers.
The estimated delivery date is when your order should arrive. Generally, the estimated delivery date is based on a combination of the processing time for the items you ordered, the transit time, and today’s date.
For example: If the processing time for an item you purchased is 3-5 days, and the transit time for the shipping method is 2-4 days, your estimated delivery date is 5-9 days from today.
The processing time is the length of time the shop needs to get an order ready to ship, or the length of time between when you place an order and when the shop ships your order.
If an order is custom, the processing time will include the time it takes to create the custom item.
Sellers can set the processing times for items in their shop. The processing time can vary from item to item within one shop.
At PetProMart, LLC, we stand behind products we make with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied, we will make it right by offering you a solution that meets your needs, within the terms of our Return Policy and abiding by our Distributors' Policies.
If any item we custom make is made wrong, received damaged, defective or is the wrong item, PetProMart will either accept the return or advise you to keep the item and we will send a replacement. On most of our products, our vendors allow 15 to 30 day return policy for any reason, i.e., wrong size, wrong color, don't like it, etc. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for used merchandise. If an item is returned used, we cannot accept it and will not compensate for the returned item. We may ship it back to the customer at the customer's expense if the customer wants it back.
Please note that some items that ship directly from the manufacture or distributor may not be returnable. If this is the case we are unable to accept returns for any reason. We can only accept returns if the item is damaged, defective or is the wrong item. Items returned must be in unused condition. In addition, if the item is cancelled before it ships, there may be a 20% restocking fee. For items that cannot be returned for any reason, we will provide this information in the item detail section on the product page, so please read through it carefully before making your purchase.
If you need to return an item, please contact PetProMart on this website. Returns will either require us to send you a shipping return label and/or RMA number. If you do not need to return an item, we will let you know, so please check with us before returning an item.
We want you to know that PetProMart will do our very best to resolve any return requests. We ask in advance for your patience in resolving these matters. With this in mind, Petpromart is a dealer of multiple wholesale distributors that ship directly to our customers from multiple warehouses; therefore, from a single order that you place for multiple items, your merchandise may be shipped from different locations, shipped at different times, and may be packed separately by our vendors and their affiliates. Each wholesale distributor may have different return policies for different products depending on which distributor your merchandise was shipped from. Each of our distributors has there own policies and PetProMart must abide by them.
We ask that if for any reason you feel that you need to return an item or you're unhappy with it, please contact our customer service immediately for more information on returning an item and we will do our very best to resolve the matter. Our decision will be on a case by case basis following the policies outlined.
