USPS, UPS, and Fed Ex. I prefer to ship USPS Priority Mail flat rate if possible. and UPS for heavier glass items. I will send email to advise method of shipping.

International shipping: Please Contact. Not currently shipping outside USA.

First Class International Mail. I will also ship Priority Mail Flat Rate, and Global if requested. The shipping price is more. Glass is considerably heavier than jewelry. Please contact me, and we will evaluate the best shipping method. All custom forms are filled out accurately. Buyers are responsible for any duties or taxes placed on a package by their country.

We do recommend however that you ship it back via USPS with Delivery Confirmation.
This is done at www.usps.com. As soon as we receive your order (in its originally shipped condition),
you will receive a full refund less the amount originally paid for shipping.
Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment.

We do not accept returns after fourteen days.
