For health reasons, there is a five dollar ($5.00) return fee for earrings. All earrings returned will have the wires replaced. Please contact me before shipping if you prefer a different style of ear wire. Depending on the style chosen, there may be a small fee(e.g. clasp instead of a hook.) All other pieces have a one-month satisfaction guarantee.
