Orange Flower Necklace with Purple Delica Beads and Silver Spacers
There is a lot of color in this polymer clay beaded necklace with bright orange flowers and red-violet purple accents. The beads are created on a purple and blue base clay with lots of lines of lavender stripes before I added bright orange and yellow flowers. The leaves are a simple green and white that make up the background for the pretty flowers. These beads and flowers are from my personal creations.
The polymer clay beads are 15mm in size and the acrylic round beads are 8mm.
The beads were then strung on 7 strand cable with silver plated saucer spacers and bright orange acrylic beads that have a light iridescent coating on them to give them a rainbow shine. The tiny violet seed beads are Mikuyni Delica beads. I chose those beads for their bright colors and their uniform shape. This pretty necklace lies flat and is very lightweight.
I finished the necklace with a lightweight toggle clasp and crimps with covers.
The necklace is just about 21 inches. It is a single drape necklace and will not wrap around twice.
