Salutations, my name is Nick and I have been actively involved with the All Souls Procession since moving to Tucson, Arizona in 2009. As your humble Merch-master, let me tell you a bit about The All Souls Procession online shop:
Much like the Procession itself, our shop on Art Fire is volunteer-run. The merchandise you will find within the shop includes both official All Souls Procession merchandise bearing annual designs as well as unique and one-of-a-kind pieces created by artists involved with the Procession.
All images found on this site are the intellectual property of the artists who have created them and are being utilized with their permission.
Payments for purchases through our shop are processed via PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to pay for your purchases through PayPal. Selecting the PayPal option upon checkout will allow you the choice to either log into your PayPal account if you have one or provide you with the option to pay with a credit or debit card through the secure PayPal site without having to sign in. If you are having any issues with PayPal, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
We regret that we can not at this time take checks or cash. Please do not send them in an attempt to pay for your purchases. We are, however, continually seeking donations to fund our annual weekend of All Souls related activities. Should you just happen to have an extra buck or two or ten or even random piles of spare money lying about and cluttering up your living space that you would like to see put towards a really good cause, please feel free to contact us and we will refer you to the proper channels within our organization in order to make that happen!
As we are a Nonprofit (501(c)) organization and the sales of our merchandise go to funding the All Souls Procession weekend events, sales tax on your purchase does not need to be collected.
Once payment has cleared, we strive to ship as soon as possible within 1-2 business days. All items listed should be in stock and we do our absolute best to maintain accurate counts of our merchandise, however depending upon order volumes, there may be instances where we need to replenish our supplies. We will notify you by email in the event that this occurs.
As of this time, our shipping is available only within the United States. For our Domestic shipping, we utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. Per the USPS, Priority Mail allows for delivery within 1, 2, or 3 days based upon where your package started (Tucson, AZ) and where it is traveling to. Priority Mail also allows for and includes tracking and carries automatic merchandise insurance of up to $50.00 per package.
We strive to pack things as efficiently as possible, thereby reducing waste in materials as well as keeping costs reasonable for you, the consumer. In addition we strive to pack things as safely as possible in order that the goods arrive to you undamaged and in one piece.
Shipping calculations with multiple items involved can be a tricky business and may vary based upon size and quantity of order. We will do our best to combine items as sensibly as possible and will issue refunds via Paypal on shipping over-charges for multiple items.
Should your package and merchandise arrive damaged, please document its condition upon arrival and notify us as well as filing a claim with the USPS. You will need the label or tracking number; proof of the value, damage, replacement, or repair costs; evidence of insurance and proof of purchase.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if there is any problem with your order. It is important to us that you are absolutely delighted with your purchase! Returns or exchanges are available within 14 days of the receipt of your order. Please contact us within that time period if something doesn't fit or even if you just don't like it. We will do our best to work with you!
In the case of custom work, we can only do exchanges. Returns of custom work are not allowed. Additionally, returns are not allowed on certain items such as earrings or hair accessories for sanitary purposes.
Items sent for return or exchange should be sent back in unused condition within 14 days of contacting us. All related return-shipping cost will be the responsibility of you, the customer. The choice of return-shipping methods is up to you, we only ask that you please select one with a tracking option and forward that information to us. Refunds will be issued upon our receipt of the returned item.
***Unique One-of-a-kind Garment care: We generally recommend hand washing in cold water with a very mild detergent and laying flat to dry. This will ensure the longest, happiest life of your one-of-a-kind, custom hand-painted clothing items.
