You can customize this beautiful cuff with text of your choice, up to 50 characters. This cuff has brushed finish but can also be created with shiny, hammered, or rustic finish (oxidized and brushed).
The cuff is 1/2" by 6".
Text can be stamped with a "hidden message" on the inside of the cuff or on the outside of the cuff.
In "message to seller" at checkout, please let me know what you would like stamped on the bracelet.
Please note that all metals including brass, copper and sterling silver will develop a natural patina over time. You can polish it to shine using a polishing cloth or choose to leave it which gives your price an antiqued look.
Your bracelet will arrive in a jewelry box decorated with a ribbon ready for gifting.

Refunds and Exchanges
Personalized and custom orders are non-refundable unless there is an error that was made by me. If such case I will re-make the piece immediately. Please look around the store to view examples of pieces using different fonts. Some fonts are larger than others so if you select a piece using a different font than one shown in the listing your item will not look the same. If you have any questions please contact me. I will not refund orders because of font choice.
If you have any questions or would like to make modifications to the listing please contact me PRIOR to placing your order to avoid any misunderstandings. If I am unclear in the information you provide at checkout I will contact you.
CHAINS and Bracelet straps can be replaced ONLY if defective (broken at a clasp). Defect must be reported within 5 days receipt of the order. Please contact me in such case. Defective chains/straps must be returned for exchange.
If you ordered a wrong length of chain please let me know and I will gladly exchange once the original chain arrives. Chain must be in unused condition and returned within 5 days of the delivery of your order. Shipping fee of $5.00 applies for exchange.

Please keep in mind that not all fonts will work with all of the designs. If your selected font and numbers of letters in your designs will not work for a specific piece I will contact you and provide suggestions and alternatives.
Royal Crest font is intended specifically for monograming.
Stamping will be done as instructed in your order. If you want all uppercase or all lowercase letters please let me know, otherwise I will stamp exactly as pictured in the listing. If listing has a name with all lowercase letters and you don't specify otherwise I will stamp all lowercase.
When multiple names are being stamped you can select a blank space between the names or a stamp. If you would like a stamp please select from last 2 rows in the following picture.
*** CUSTOM ORDERS ***
All listings are custom made, however if you would like to create a special piece please let me know. I can stamp anything you would like. Stamping can also be made in a foreign language (as long as it does require special characters).
*** CARING FOR YOUR JEWELRY ***
All metal tarnishes over time, some faster than others. EVERYTHING that comes in contact with your jewelry, such as AIR, SUNLIGHT, BODY OILS (the natural oils that your body produces), DIRT, HOUSEHOLD CHEMICALS (especially bleach!!), and FOOD (you touch your food, then your hands touch your jewelry), will cause TARNISHING!! To slow the tarnishing process store your jewelry in a dry place in closed bag. Avoid leaving your jewelry in humid areas like bathrooms and pools. Avoid contact with chemicals. Keep your jewelry away from extreme heat or sunlight. Remove your jewelry when cleaning, showering (keep it dry!!), or swimming in a pool.
Keep your jewelry clean and dry. DO NOT use liquid jewelry cleaners or submerge your piece in them as it will remove the darkening of the letters and designs.
Brass may cause discoloration on skin for some people. I use a protective coating on brass pieces where it touches the skin to prevent this but it does wear off over time.
Your order includes a complimentary polishing cloth as well little anti-tarnish reclosable bag. These bags are manufactured with an exclusive film that neutralizes the corrosive gases that attack silver, platinum, gold, brass and bronze. Anti-tarnish plastic bags ensure a tarnish-free product. Wipe your jewelry with a soft cloth before returning to the bag. If you notice your piece tarnishing use the polishing cloth.
NOTE: Minor scratches might appear on your necklace, particularity those that are layered and the ones with birthstones, because of the rubbing of the metal discs between each other and the birthstones. They can be removed with the polishing pad included in the box.

When I contacted you about the problem with the necklace, you were very kind and said you would fix it. When a month went by and I did not receive the item, I tried contacting you but you did not respond until ArtFire suspended your store at which time I was out of the country. I responded to your email as soon as I saw it and have not heard anything from you at all. You mentioned that you were out of town for a family emergency so I do hope everything is okay, family is very important. I understand that your family comes first and this may be the reason for your lack of communication which is why I am requesting a refund. Under the circumstances it appears highly unlikely that I will be receiving the necklace. I am sorry that you are going through a family emergency, I hope everything gets better for you.
