I currently accept Paypal at time of purchase. I will also consider money orders. I must receive and clear the money order before your item is shipped.

CUSTOM Orders ~ which is very heavy in my wedding flowers line. I try to ship within time frame I have discussed with you after we have finalized the details of your flower order. At the time of purchase, I give you an approx ship date. Made to Order - Lots of my items are made to order as I am a one person designer, not a big company. Please check out the descriptions to see how long it takes me to make the Made to Order item you are interested in. At times, if I can, I do acccept rush orders, usually for a rush fee. Expedited Express Overnite shipping, at your expense is also an option.
CORRECT ADDRESSES: I ship to paypal addresses, if you have moved or an addres change, make sure you correct it on your paypal invoice. I am not responsible for non-delivery or forwarding if your address is incorrect on Paypal invoice. If you have a discrepancy, please let me know before purchase.
International Shipping: I only ship USPS Priority Mail, insured, in a box even small items are packed carefully in a box. My hard work and your purchases are too valuable to not ship properly. Please be familiar with customs of your country, I am not responsible for custom policies in other countries, duties or tariffs. Buyer is responsible for any duty fees charged by their country. Sorry, I do not lie on custom forms, the items are marked "Merchandise".
International Shipping Returns: If your country refuses my package and returns it to me due to customs or undeliverable to you, I am not responsible for the ship cost, and also not responsible to refund the shipping cost due to customs or country situations out of my control. I can try to reship it again to you after we have communicated and depending on the circumstance.

Refunds and Exchanges
I am very successful in coming close or exact to your anticipated purchases. But if you are disatisfied, I try to rectify it. Custom items are difficult to refund or exchange but I am big on customer service and we can usually solve whatever dilema we have. **Hair wreaths, flower crowns, hair flowers are not refundable at all, no exceptions. CUSTOM ORDER NOTE: You will always preview pics of your purchase before I ship it. Changes can be made accordinigly before shipment.
Any exchanges are at the shipping expense of the customer.
All hairpieces, headwreaths are non-exchangeable due to health regulations.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Custom Orders: Most of my wedding flowers are custom orders from you, the bride according to your tastes, style and colors. I do have in stock items that are readily available. I do accomodate rush orders, last minute situations. These depend on my work load and product availability. Generally, custom wedding work takes about 3 - 6 weeks to complete. I will let you know at the time of ordering my current work time frame.
Product Availability: Sometimes specific florals, ribbons, embellishments are not available as pictured. I communicate well with you in this regard and offer other options. Or you can leave some of those decisions up to me. I usually get a good feel of what you like, and I do my best work with creativity and flexibility, keeping in mind your individual tastes!
Bouquet Photos: I shoot the photos of all my bouquets. Most of these pics are taken outside in natural light and I do not color correct. I try to have my pics as accurate as possible, but certain color tones can change in photography (especially blues and purples). Also different computer monitors, angled screens and cell phone pics can all vary true colors. If you ever have a concern or question of the true shade of a color, I can mail you a blossom/swatch to give you a better idea.
Ultimately, sometimes Brides prefer to purchase a sample of a bouquet before deciding on their order. This idea is sometimes helpful to defray disappointment in a quantity order.
Shipping: Sometimes the shipping price seems high. Unfortunately, even silk florals are fragile and I need to be able to pack properly in large enough boxes. I ship USPS Priority Mail within US, and USPS Priority Mail Internationally. I do try to combine shipping to save you the most in shipping costs. Everything is insured for damage, however, I have wonderful success with USPS!
Guarantees/Refunds: I have a high rate of success with satisfied customers. It's mostly due to my knack for style and color, but also to my communication and working off pics between both of us. You will see pics of your order before I send it out. So, Refunds are at my discretion, since it is difficult to return customized creations designed just for you. I do work with you to meet your satisfaction within reason. Your 100% satisfaction is very important to me.
