I accept credit cards and Paypal for payment. Items will be made to order and shipped within three business days of payment cleared. Please keep in mind any orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to customs fees, for which you are responsible. This is not an additional shipping fee, but an import tax applied by your country when it crosses the border. On the off chance your purchase is applied these fees, I cannot be held responsible for, nor am I able to refund them.

Standard shipping is NOT TRACKED. It takes approximately 4-7 business days for shipping within Canada, 5-8 business days for shipping to the U.S. and 6-10 business days for overseas shipping. I keep all shipping receipts and cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays. Express shipping with tracking is available for an additional fee, please email brainofjen@gmail.com to arrange. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, items may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of receipt of purchase*. Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent in before refund is issued. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

I require a 50% non-refundable deposit on custom orders, so I can aquire all necessary supplies. Costs will vary depending on time and materials required, please contact me for a quote!

*Due to their personalized nature, there are no refunds or exchanges on custom orders. However, I will work with you extensively and send pictures of the completed project for your approval prior to shipping to ensure you are completely happy with your order.
