I purchased these shoes new, and they’re like new.
Very gently worn.
*Made by (Etienne) Aigner® - made in Brazil.
*Classic slip on loafer style. Flat heel, woven leather and tassel detail.
Color – a beautiful deep, warm chestnut leather with dark brown/black heel and sole edges. Sole and heel constructed with synthetic materials.
*US ladies size 5 ½ M. (EU size 36, UK, 3.5 – see shoe measurements below, for the right fit).
*Great all around casual shoe – wear with skirts, slacks, jeans, dresses…
Measurements as taken on the inside:
From tip of toe to heel – 9" (measured to end of insole) (~22.9cm) (allow for a little less room due to the semi-pointed toe style.)
Across arch (measured on insole) - ~2 1/4" (~5.7cm)
Across heel - measured on insole 2” (~5.1cm)
Heel height – 3/4” (1.9cm)
In great, almost new vintage condition. Gently worn, structurally sound, minimal scuffing, and new looking on the outside and inside.
The leather is new and subtle looking and to the touch, and still has a “new leather” scent.
There’s a light, shallow scuff on the inside of the left shoe that photographs worse than it actually is. I’ll bet that it’ll disappear with a tiny dab of leather conditioner.
Heel bottoms are slightly worn on the edges, as are the outer soles, but still very new looking.
The shoes have been stored in their original box, and will be included with the purchase.

My policy is to ship within 24 business hours after payment. If you would like your purchase mailed to another address, please contact me immediately upon checkout.
To keep costs down, and with the exception of very fragile or expensive jewelry items, I usually ship small jewelry items wrapped securely in bubble wrap and in a bubble envelope and send by USPS First Class mail. I'll happily upgrade to Priority mail at your request, and in this case, postage will be more.
Vintage items are securely wrapped and, unless otherwise noted, are generally shipped in USPS cardboard boxes for protection.Smaller, less fragile vintage items are sometimes sent in mail envelopes, (bubble, manilla, etc.), and shipping methods are usually noted in the listing. If you prefer a different shipping method than noted, please contact me prior to buying.
International rates are based on Australia delivery, and differences, (overpayments), to other countries will be rounded up to the next dollar, and will be refunded.
I ship all my packages by USPS Mail, and generally my listings will state the shipping method, (First Class versus Priority). If you prefer a different shipping method, I'll be more than happy to accommodate you, but please contact me prior to purchasing or **immediately** upon checkout, because I ship very quickly.
Please note that International shipping times can take longer for delivery, This is especially the case for USPS First Class Mail, which can take weeks if not months, especially to the UK.
First Class mail is more affordable, but not insurable or traceable as is USPS Priority Mail. Please take this into consideration when selecting shipping method..
*I ship worldwide, but because International packages to Russia, Latvia, and other eastern EU parcels must be taken to the Post Office in person, I need to charge more for the extra steps and expense required for mailing to those locales . If you wish a package to ship to these locales, please contact me prior to buying to arrange for the extra postage. I apologize for this unavoidable inconvenience and expense.
USPS Taxes and custom fees / duties or other charges that may be imposed by the receiving country are the responsibility of the buyer.
I do accept custom orders, but please understand that because of the extra time required for communication and for locating and purchasing special materials, (the cost of material and time obtaining them), the final price will be more than a ready-to- ship item in my shop. The benefit is that the buyer will get a special, one-of-a-kind item made especially for them.
Also note that if special materials are required, (that I don’t have in stock), I generally cannot predict a precise expense for a custom item until the project is completed. Sometimes a particular material is harder to find, requiring time and/or mileage to locate, and the cost is unknown at the outset. Also, if the requested item requires extra labor, that will figure into the final price.
Due to the time, sometimes "travel" investment, and the uniqueness of custom orders, I require a non-refundable deposit for the entire cost of the work before the project is started.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
Unless otherwise stated, I use sterling silver, vermeil, gold filled, or carat gold for all ear wire/hangers, metal spacers and beads, and all bead components are secured with wrapped wires in sterling silver or vermeil. For this reason, my jewelry items should last for a very long time.
If, for any reason, you aren't satisfied with your purchase, please contact me immediately, and before leaving negative feedback, and I'll do everything I can to solve the problem. Your satisfaction is my top priority!
Please contact me prior to buying or returning a vintage clothing item if you are in doubt about the proper fit.
Items must be received by me within 14 days of contact to qualify for an exchange or refund. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds and exchanges will be issued when the item is received by me in its original, unused condition. The shipping fee will not be refunded. Exchanges will be shipped once the original item is received.
I will NOT refund shipping costs for parcels returned to me as "unclamined" by buyer. The cost of the purchased item will be refunded and will be re-listed only if it's in the original condition.
Many people don't like to purchase hats that have been on a human head. For this reason, my hats have not been modeled on humans or worn prior to sale. Therefore, once a hat is sold, I cannot accept returns.
