Polymer Clay Under the Sea Red and Yellow Swimming Fish Pendant

This unique pendant was created by wrapping a metal shower curtain hanger with Premo polymer clay in shades of blue and green, I then filled the center of the pendant with liquid polymer clay tinted with turquoise blue Pearl Ex powder. I added waving strands of pale green seaweed at the base of the pendant. I cut out tiny red and yellow fish and even textured their bodies before pressing them onto the unbaked liquid clay. Each fish is a mere 1/4 inch long. Since this pendant has a metal wire around the entire perimeter it is very strong, and all the elements are securely attached. The Pearl Ex powder gives the "water" a subtle shimmer and the fish were dusted with red and yellow Pearl Ex powder as well. This unique pendant measures 3 inches tall and 1 1/2 inches wide.
