SHIPPING POLICY
I always use
USPS priority mail flat rate
1-2 Business days on domestic shipping and delivery in 6-10 days on international shipping.
Usually I will ship 1-2 days after receiving your payment.
Sometimes when costumer like more cheap shipping, I use Parcel for international ship, but they do not have a tracking number, and it will take about 2-3 weeks to arrive.
NOTE: Unfortunately, we cannot control and delivery time. sometimes people will have pay customs when imports goods from another country and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay them.
We are not responsible for any lost or damage items in the mail. Please check individuals listings for postage prices as they may vary.
RETURN POLICY
My purpose and priority is to exceed your expectations and you're completely satisfied with your purchase, but if it is not, you can return the item within 14 days after receiving it and I will make you a full refund of your purchase less shipping charges, the item have to be in the same way you buy it... this item must be in original condition.
If an item is received defective, please contact me as soon as the item is received to make arrangements for exchange or refund (upon return of item).
Returns details :
* Returns accepted within 30 days of ship date. Item must be in original condition with original packaging and tags, if applicable, still intact
* Buyer pays for return shipping cost. Shipping cost is not refundable, for item originally with free shipping will be subject to shipping cost deduction from original purchase cost.
* All Returns is subject to 15 percent restocking fee on amount of purchase ((20 percent restocking if missing the tag or missing the original package)
15% - 20% of the item's price for items in their original condition returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Up to 50% of the item's price for items that are not in their original condition, or are damaged or missing parts for reasons other than seller’s error
***ONLY IF YOU RETURN THE ITEM 14 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY, Not restocking fee will be charge, unless is some damage or missing tags.
