Custom Orders: I currently am not accepting Custom Orders.

HOLIDAY PURCHASES: Please make sure any orders for shipment within the USA are made before December 15th. Any orders for outside the USA must be made by December 1st to make sure there is ample time for your package to perhaps make it to you by Christmas! Thank you.

Returns: I have worked retail for well over a decade. This has given me a great basis for handling returned merchandise. If you are not happy with an item you have purchased, you may return it within 30 days of your original purchase date of the item for a full refund or exchange for a similar item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Payment: I take Paypal, or if you are local and wish to pick up in person, I will accept cash in those cases.

Gemstones and Authenticity: Where applicable all stones will have their identities listed. Due to the rise in faux stones on the market and their inability to be discerned with a naked eye from the real deal, if I feel a stone might not be the real material I will list it as such. Turquoise is often faked and the fake stones are so hard to tell from the real ones that I now automatically assume all Turquoise material I am acquiring is fake or somehow treated. You will find turquoise stones listed as "Dyed/Stabilized, Stabilized, Dyed Magnesite, or Dyed Howlite." I disclose all treatments to stones.

Sets/Ensembles: Please note that I do have many sets for sale that are sold as a unit. I will not separate a set just so you can buy the earrings. My experience in the past has shown that when I do this, the remaining part of the set never sells. If you would like a pair of earrings, please check out my selection as I have several pairs available for purchase.

Care of Jewelry: All Jewelry should be handled with care for it to last a lifetime. Wire work should be stored where it will not get bent out of shape. A soft pouch inside your jewelry box is a good remedy for this.

Bead embroidery is fragile. The beads are glass. This means if you drop the piece beads can break - even the stone itself might break! Store bead embroidered pieces lying flat on a soft cushioned surface and do not lay anything heavy on top. To clean bead embroidery the best way is to wipe with a damp cloth then allow it to air dry in a warm (not hot) place. The adhesives I use are temperature stable to 500 F and are weatherproof once cured. Bead embroidery is also not meant to be worn every day. It should not be worn in the shower or left sitting in a hot car all day in the middle of the summer.

Shipping: I use USPS Priority Flat rate shipping boxes. I also insure all packages and have tracking numbers for the packages. My shipping prices quoted with each item are for USPS Priority small flat rate boxes.

If you are a resident of a country other than the USA, Canada, United Kingdom or Australia, please contact me for your actual potential shipping charges before placing an order!

Holidays, Birthdays and other Special Occasions: If you are purchasing an item as a gift for someone and you are within the Continental US, please do so at least two weeks in advance to ensure your package arrives in a timely manner. All other locations please allow three to four weeks from time of order - especially if the package will have to go through Customs. I will not do rush shipments.

A note of caution: Jewelry may contain small parts and could post a choking hazard. The jewelry in this shop is not intended for wear by children. Do not leave any jewelry out where children can put it into their mouths. I am not responsible for injuries caused by the misuse of jewelry items. Nor am I responsible for damage caused to the jewelry by your misuse of the item.
