This is a piece of art, not a toy. Handle pendants with care and avoid harsh chemicals when cleaning them to keep them beautiful for a long time. Pendant is the exact pendant as pictured unless listed as a custom order, in which case you are requesting a duplicate of the design. Duplicates will not be exact, as is the nature of sculpting by hand, but will be the same design and be as close as possible to the original. By purchasing a custom you agree to the terms that there will be variances and understand that it cannot look exact. I do not gloss glaze my cameo pendants unless requested by the seller. If you prefer them glossy I will glaze them at no extra cost, but you will have to add a day to the shipping time, and contact me at the time of purchase. Pre made pendants ship with normal ship times, custom requests add 1 week to shipping estimates.
