ღRush Order
Rush Order is acceptable and would cost you extra $60 ! Production would be finished in 7 days and shipped by DHL, and it would arrive in 3-5 business days! If you want to deliver on a specific day please let me know :)

ღPayment Plan
First payment would be just $100, and each payment for the rest would be at least $100. Production would begin after the first payment is received and the item would be shipped after full payment is completed. The jewelry would be held for 3 months at most, please complete the full payment within this period. If the payment is failed to complete halfway, $50 would be deducted from the payment and then it would be refunded.
Please contact me in advance and tell me the details (size, color, gemstone) of the ring. The FIRST PAYMENT of your order should be paid then i can create a custom list for you :)

Only $1 for engraving and leave me with the words you want to tell he or she :)

ღReturn ＆Cancellation
Item（except some specific customization item）would be allowed to return in 7 days, and the payment would be returned in 3 days, the previous freight fee would be deducted from the refund. Besides,please pay the freight fee on your own when return the item.
All our items are make-to-order and not in stock, return or cancellation would cause a huge loss to me, hoping you understand that $100 would be deducted from the refunds as customization and replenishment fee !
