Fancy Tilly Tile!
Made from earthenware clay and high fired, it's about 2 3/4" wide by 5" tall, a bit bigger than the size of a light switch plate and perfect to hang on a window frame. Mist it over a sink as often as you want and enjoy the your little wall feature in the kitchen, bathroom or as a welcome to your guests in an entry space.
This is a great accent tile for a small space! Your favorite little tillandsia would be attached with a wire, yarn or string around it, which then goes through the 2 holes in the middle of the tile and ties in the back. No glue, yay! You can change the display whenever you want to feature a different airplant.
The intricate designs are made with jewelry findings, lace and small stamps I've carved through the years. I applied dark iron oxide and teal glaze in scrubbed layers to create the patina of an old world look. The Tilly Tile is completely waterproof and can be washed in hot soapy water.

Policies
Upon receipt of payment I'll ship USPS Priority on items 1# and up. Tracking and insurance will already be included. I'll contact you with your tracking number when your package is mailed so you will know when to expect it.
I pack carefully (35 years experience) and will use as much recycled material as possible. I'll send your order First Class, flat rate priority or regular priority. Heavy oversize items occasionally should go parcel. You should let me check as it can sometimes run $35 or more for these very heavy/oversize boxes to go as priority! But if it fits in a large flat rate, then of course it will be reasonable. $19 usually.
I'll refund your Paypal account whenever possible if your zone is closer to me than the one I use to estimate my shipping cost in the item listing. Flyers or descriptive stories I've written that pertain to your item will be included.
NOTE TO OVERSEAS BUYERS: Let me know if you would like me to look up the rates, rules and so on for international shipping. Generally speaking on the heavier packages (over 4lbs) it can get pretty expensive. I've shipped to the UK, Canada, Australia, Hawaii and Brazil so far.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days at the buyer's expense. I'll refund the item's price but not the cost of shipping. Returned goods must be packed carefully and arrive in original condition. If there is a loss or damage due to shipping contact me and the USPS right away so you can file a claim at your end. (Save the packaging for them to inspect.) I've had very good luck during the 35 or so years of shipping I've done but hey, Meteors happen...

I work by inspiration and with the materials I have at hand, I'll welcome your input or wish-list and give you a heads-up if something is style, color or symbol-wise like something you've mentioned. Also, I always have many items bisqued, waiting to be fired but the glaze colors can still be chosen. Absolutely Gorgeous!
I love the look, the glazing and pattern. My new tillandsia, was loving provided by Teri. They both arrived quickly and super safe to their new home on the east coast. I adorn the tie on holder instead of glue. I have had other store bought holder that over glued the air plant and that was not good to them.
