We take pride in our craftsmanship, if for any reason you are not happy with the product please let us know via e-mail and we will either replace or return the full price of the item. (shipping charges are not refundable).
For custom work, a proof will be sent via e-mail once proof is approved the item can't be returned unless the quality has been compromised.
