Celtic Knots Silver Charm bracelet w/ emerald & peridot green crystals
This is the deluxe version of my Celtic symbols charm bracelet. It features emerald and peridot green Swarovski crystals and 8 Celtic symbols: 2 four cornered Celtic knots, a tree of life, 2 Celtic crosses, triquetra, heart and spiral goddess. The bracelet chain and clasp are heavy-duty sterling silver and the charms are silver plated pewter, made here in the USA. The charms contain no lead or nickel (some pewter not made in the USA contains lead, but you don't need to worry about that here!). The chain on this bracelet is heavier than my standard bracelet chain.
The clasp is an extra special sterling silver infinity clasp... Just beautiful. For this bracelet I've used 5mm Swarovski crystals hung on sterling silver ball headpins. They are a bit bigger than the crystals I normally use, and they really sparkle.
If you prefer colors other than green, let me know. I do have many Swarovski crystal colors. I have a good selection in the 5mm (see photo #6), and a huge selection in the 4mm crystals (see photo #7). I also have Swarovski pearls in 5mm size, see photo #8.
Make your Irish eyes smile and the Celt in you rejoice!

The bracelet shown in the photo is 7.5" (size Medium). However, I will make the bracelet to the length you need - just let me know during checkout by selecting the length from the pull down menu near the green Add to Cart button. Please see the size chart below for help with sizing. If you aren't sure about size, 7.5" or 8" is a safe choice for women (unless the recipient is petite/slim, then choose a smaller size).
The best way to get the size you need is to measure your wrist with a string and then measure the string with a ruler. Add 1/2" (12mm) to 1" (25mm) for ease so you can clasp it easily.
SIZE CHART (rough guideline - you can also tell me a specific length in inches or cm).
S Child's: 6" (15.24 cm)
Lg Child's/XS Women's: 6.5" (16.5 cm)
S Women's: 7" (17.8 cm)

Lg Women's/ Men's Medium: 8" (20.3 cm)
XL Women's/Men's L: 8.5" (21.6 cm)
Need larger sizes? There is a small fee for bracelets greater than 8.5". The extra charge includes the chain, and if necessary additional charms or crystals to make sure the bracelet looks great at the longer length. For a larger bracelet or anklet, send me a note for a revised listing.
The triquetra (triple or trinity knot) is believed to represent the three stages of woman (Maiden/Wife, Mother, and Crone (old woman). In contemporary Ireland, It is traditional for a man to give a loved one a trinket such as a necklace or ring signifying his affection towards her. It is believed to represent the three promises of a relationship such as to love, honor, and protect. It is also thought to represent the Land, Sea and Sky, or the interconnected parts of our existence (Mind, Body, and Soul).
The Quaternary knot (4 cornered Celtic knot) is symbolic of endlessness. It is also thought to stand for the four elements - fire, earth, wind and water. Others believe that it represents the sign of good luck (as is the four leaf clover). In Druidic philosophy there are four Gods governing a specific quadrant of the world. This Celtic knot is believed to invoke these powers for protection during sickness and wars. In Celtic culture, the four corners may represent the four festivals - Samhain, Beltane, Imbolc, Lughnasadh or be an emblem of Brigid, the Queen of Four Fires with her four hands of wisdom, earth, heart and head.
The Celtic cross is a symbol that combines a cross with a ring surrounding the intersection. In Ireland, it is a popular legend that the Celtic Catholic cross was introduced by Saint Patrick or possibly Saint Declan during his time converting the pagan Irish. It has often been claimed that Patrick combined the symbol of Christianity with the sun cross, to give pagan followers an idea of the importance of the cross by linking it with the idea of the life-giving properties of the sun. However this theory is now thought unlikely by most art historians, who think an origin from crosses carrying a victors wreath around their intersection is more likely. Such a cross is found on the reverse of the Liudhard medalet from Canterbury in England in the 590s. Here I am using the Celtic cross as a symbol of ancient Christianity.
The Tree of Life: The concept of tree of life can be found in many cultures including the Celtic. The crosses of Celtic and Northumbrian origins have tree of life symbols portrayed on them. Celtic tree of life depicts the different forces of nature that converge together to create harmony. Ancient Celts (Druids) believed that trees had many special powers. The meaning of Celtic tree of life can be interpreted in many different ways. The balance and harmony that is observed in nature can be best symbolized with the tree of life. However, balance and harmony are the result of many different forces, which operate in the universe. The Celtic people attribute tree of life symbol to qualities such as wisdom, strength and longevity.
The goddess with double spiral represents several things. The double spiral represents the equinoxes, when day and night are equal, and is a sign of balance. The spiral was the earliest known decoration used in art. The directional flow of the spiral symbolizes our movement through the experiences of life, death, and rebirth. The ancient Celts believed in this idea and as a result, their myths and legends refer to this journey. And of course, the goddess represents the beauty and strength of all women.
