Tomas baby and toddler PDF knitting pattern
This is a written (not chart) knitting pattern, which will be sent to your e-mail address upon order. Look out for an e-mail from firstname.lastname@example.org in your junk folder, just in case! As it's just me at the other end of this account, please allow up to several hours (as in overnight) for it to arrive, although most people do get their patterns pretty promptly.
This is quite a simple pattern, good for a novice knitter who wants some detail rather than a plain cardigan - or a seasoned knitter who wants something quick and easy. Mostly in stocking stitch, it features a single pattern of cabling on back, front and sleeves, with a folded collar which is worked along with the front borders. Change the button sides for boys or girls if you wish; and as it’s economical, make a second one in a different colour for your tiny tot. Tomas is pronounced toh-moss, and is the Irish version of Thomas, meaning “twin.”
You will need:

4 or 5 buttons
Yarn needle for sewing up
Markers – I use small safety pins, or tie on contrasting lengths of yarn

To keep postage costs down for the buyer, I ship by the most economical method - unless the buyer is in a rush, then I will find the expedient way.
I ship from Canada, and small packages must fit through a slot at the post office in order to qualify for reasonable postage rates. For example, a pair of earrings in a small jewellery box will cost four times the postage as the same pair wrapped securely in bubble wrap and tissue paper - even if both packages weigh the same. For this reason, I will not use jewellery boxes when shipping.
Unless something is damaged in shipping, I will not do returns nor exchanges.
