Please note that some decals may come in more than 1 piece. You can also cut vinyl decals apart yourself so you can arrange them any way that you like.

Vinyl and fabric decals will not stick to wall surfaces painted with low V.O.C. paints. Do not order our decals if your walls are painted with these paints!

Policies
All orders shipped to the United States will be shipped USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class mail. Please allow 1-5 business days for processing. Personalized and custom orders may require additional processing time.
All orders shipped to Canada and other countries will be shipped via First Class Mail.
Any item that is said to be damaged will need to provide proof of damage. Orders will not be replaced until a USPS claim is filed and processed. The customer must contact me immediately upon receiving a damaged item and retain all items, including packaging for insurance purposes.
Lost orders will not be replaced until a USPS claim can be submitted and processed.
I am not responsible for stolen mail. If you need to have your package shipped with signature confirmation, please contact me before placing an order so I can add that service to the shipping.
I make no guarantee that decals will stick to all surfaces. If you have any question as to whether a decal will stick to your wall or surface, contact me prior to placing an order to request a test sample.
***We are not responsible for any damage you cause to a decal when you are working with it! ...DO NOT expect us to replace a decal that you damage!*** I will work with you to replace letters or words, but if you damage an entire decal it will not be replaced!
Practice pieces are sent with each order. Use then to practice application and test your surface before you apply your purchased decal.
I hand make each item as ordered and inspect all of my decals before they are shipped. Since our decals are all custom made to order, I do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstance. Additionally, orders may not be cancelled once placed into production.
Custom orders are accepted. My removable decals leave no residue on walls, glass, windows etc. upon removal. Please note that these decals are not recommended for use on heavily textured (gritty texture) or low V.O.C. or V.O.C. free painted walls.
Decals for wine glasses are not permanent and are intended for 1 time use only. You may be able to use them more than once, but they are not guaranteed to stay adhered to surfaces after washing. Please hand wash glasses with decals.
