Since each piece of jewelry is individually made to your order and the wire cannot be reworked once a piece has been made, our return policy is limited. If we made a mistake, we will fix it free of charge. We can change the size of a chain for a name necklace and we can make a bracelet larger by adding a link. We cannot make a bracelet smaller. We cannot change the spelling on any piece so be sure of the spelling of name before you order. If you need a custom order such as a special size or a special font, please call or email us. There is usually a bit higher price for special orders. We generally ship only to the US and, occasionally, to Canada & England. We ship via the US postal service. An order usually arrives within 5-7 of mailing. Allow 2 weeks for delivery from the time you place the order. Priority mail is also available via the US postal service. This costs more but your jewelry arrives within 2-4 days.
