Customized & Personalized Prints cannot be returned. If the item arrives damaged due to shipping, a new one will be provided.

o Prints are mailed in a Flat Rigid Mailing Envelope.

For standard shipping, we use US Postal Service PRIORITY MAIL (2-3 day transit time for continental US)
We also have a Guaranteed RUSH - EXPRESS order option where we will expedite the processing of your order so it will be made in 1-2 days and then ship out the following day via Express Mail via USPS which is typically overnight to most areas. The extra charge is $20 on top of the standard shipping charge.

We use US Postal Service First Class International Package service for all standard orders shipped internationally. Please note transit times for International Orders varies by destination country. We will email you a confirmation number, however it is NOT a tracking number. It could take between 2-5 weeks for delivery of your product. Any Delays are usually caused by the Custom's Agency in the destination country.
We also offer an International RUSH - EXPRESS order option with tracking.
Prices for the RUSH-EXPRESS order option vary. Please message us for a quote.
We reserve the right to cancel orders to addresses that are not verified.
[Order Processing and Production]
Our standard processing and production time is 3-5 business days. If you need your order sooner, we have Guaranteed RUSH - EXPRESS order options (please see above)

Wall Decal and Sticker 30 Day Return and Exchange Policy:
1) Returns and Exchanges must be authorized within 30 days of original purchase date.
2) Returns and Exchanges are only valid within the United States.
3) Items must be in New Condition in the original packaging.
4) All Custom Orders, Custom Color Orders (If you select the "custom colors" option on the product page) , and Custom Size orders are not eligible for Return or Exchange.
5) Wall Decals and Stickers that do not stick to the wall due to an incompatible paint or heavy texture are not eligible for Return or Exchange.
6) Sample Wall Decals and Sample Color Charts are not eligible for Return or Exchange.
7) All Returns and Exchanges must be authorized by a Simple Shapes team member and have a Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#)
8) The RMA# must be clearly written on the outside of the package being returned.
9) Returns with an RMA# will be issued a full refund minus the original shipping and handling costs within 10 business days of the receipt of the return.
10) Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
11) Return shipping must be paid for by the customer.
12) An RMA# is valid for (10) business days from the date of authorization. The product must be sent back and received by Simple Shapes within that time frame.
13) You may use any shipping method to send the product back to us, however we highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. We are unable to accept authorized returns if they show shipping damage upon arrival, however if you insure the package, the shipping company can take care of it.
Wallpaper Return and Exchange Policy:
1) Because every sheet of Simple Shapes Peel and Stick Wallpaper is made to order (made especially for you!), we are unable to accept Returns.
2) Simple Shapes accepts one time Exchanges IF the wallpaper item is in new and unopened condition.
3) Exchanges must be authorized within 15 days of original purchase date.
4) Exchanges are only valid within the United States
5) Custom Orders, Custom Color Orders (any product title that states Custom), Custom Sized Orders are not eligible for Return or Exchange.
6) Wallpaper sheets that do not stick to the wall due to an incompatible paint or heavy texture are not eligible for Return or Exchange.
