PRODUCT DESRIPTION: Concrete, Cement or Plaster Color (Colorant, Dye) - (Powdered): Here we are offering various colorants used in the manufacturing process of concrete stone and tile. Due to the strength of the pigment, usually very little color is necessary to achieve the color desired. It is usually measured by the gram! Our colorant is sold by the pound, and you can view the various colors available below. You can make stone, tile, brick, pavers, stepping stones, cobblestone, stone veneer, etc. with our concrete, cement, and plaster molds... But you're stuck starting with gray or white concrete and plaster. Why not add some color to your project!

INSTRUCTIONS on color mixing and various custom coloring techniques are included with each mold purchase at no charge. We recommend using a gram scale, like a postage scale, to measure your color for your batches. Be sure to keep weight and formula records. Since everyone has a different perception of color, you'll have to experiment to come up with your very own "custom" colors.

The photo of the Cobblestones were made by adding 15 grams of color to four pounds of concrete Sand Mix. That is a heavy dosage and usually will require much less color to color your stone. We wanted to illustrate the extreme color to show what is possible. The five stones illustrate our five basic colors that come in most Kits.

Inspiration/Story Behind This Product

We started our company on January 15, 1992 to help homeowners, do-it-yourselfers, crafts people, gardeners, landscapers, and commercial concerns make their own custom-colored building products at home while saving as much as 90% off of the normal retail prices of those products. As an example, concrete stone veneer that you see every day on the front of homes and building can cost more than US $6.00 per square foot, plus installation. With our molds and supplies, an average person can make comparable stone veneer for US $0.45 to US $0.65 per square foot, depending on the stone thickness and style. Custom-colored concrete tile can be made for about US $0.30 a square foot. We also offer molds (moulds) for pavers, stepping stones, brick and more. And included with each purchase is a dedicated Instructions website, email support, customer contests, and more. We offer ten different colors and WHITE, which can be used to lighten a concrete color or the concrete mix itself. The color is normally added directly into the concrete or plaster mix, but it can also be used in the molds to create a number of different custom techniques and combinations like marble, blended, splash, dusting, etc. These are all covered in our Free Instructions and also are available on our http://www.TheMoldStore.info, Training and Instructions website. There is also a wealth of other training information as well as videos and tutorials on the site as well.

RETURN POLICY:

Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, postage prepaid, with prior approval, and include the issued Return Authorization Number. Items of a proprietary nature like Training Manuals, Videos, etc. are not returnable.
Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee after 7 days.
All items must be in (new) unused, resaleable condition.
Items may not be returned without authorization number from Olde World.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be issued a credit.
Items shipped FREE will have the outbound shipping costs deducted from the credit.

We normally ship from our Port Charlotte, FL shipping facility daily. Orders are shipped UPS or USPS Priority Mail within the USA. We ship USPS Priority Mail International to foreign countries, as we've found that method to be the fastest, most reliable, and least expensive for our customers.

Orders are normally ready to be shipped the day after payment is received. The rest of the time it takes to get to you is due to the carrier's transit time. We have no control over that, so PLEASE... ALLOW SUFFICIENT "TRANSIT TIME" BEFORE CONTACTING OUR SHIPPING DEPARTMENT ABOUT YOUR ORDER.

Please understand that it takes over a week "in transit" for packages to reach the west coast. Figure on a total of ten days from the time you make an immediate payment for your purchase, before being concerned about the whereabouts of your order. Remember that UPS and other carriers normally do not work on weekends... and once in a great while, we don't either! :-)
