I have thoroughly enjoyed creating each and every piece and I pride myself on creating beautiful wreaths and center pieces at an affordable price. Thank you for visiting my collections.
PAYMENTS
Payment is due at the time of purchase. Items will be shipped once payment is received and cleared. Payments can be made using VISA, MASTERCARD OR PAYPAL.
SHIPPING
I ship Monday - Thursday via USPS. Items purchased on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out on Monday. No international shipping--I only ship in the US. I do not ship to APO AFO addresses.
Products are shipped out once payment has cleared. Items shipped USPS can take up to 2-9 days for delivery.
Each wreath is packaged with great care in its own box, therefore, we cannot combine shipping orders! If you need rush shipping, please email me for a quote on the additional charge for rush shipping (for delivery in 1-2 days).
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Most of the items created by Wreaths by Robin are seasonal products, therefore all sales are final. We do strive to make quality products and stand behind our workmanship. Products damaged during shipping will be repaired if possible or replaced with the same or like product. Products returned for repair or replacement must be shipped in their original boxes.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
As some of the items used to decorate the wreaths and center pieces are not water proof, it is highly recommended that all wreaths and center pieces be used indoors or on a covered porch or patio. Wreaths or center pieces purchased for use on an uncovered porch or patio is not recommended and are not guaranteed.
If you have an uncovered porch or patio, please consider having a wreath or center piece made with water proof items only. Wreath's and center pieces are not guaranteed against color fading due to exposure from the sun.
