Tracking is provided with each package. Delivery takes 4 weeks, lead/creation time is two to four weeks. If a rush is requested, the $40 USD postal fee is the responsibility of the buyer. Our Return Policy: No returns on handcrafted glass beads but if something arrives broken or in the wrong colors or design send us a photo and details and we will work out replacement bead arrangements for you. Returns will be considered on a case by case basis at the sole discretion of Daniel Caracas and Jenelle Aubade. If return is authorized the beads must be returned in the original packaging/bead cards, with plenty of bubble wrap as sent, and all gift beads must be included. Returns must be sent priority mail with tracking. Returns are only processed after the beads have been received into the hands of Daniel and Jenelle, this can take up to 6 weeks.
