-This is a newer skirt for this year, and it's large oval shape makes it so it drapes beautifully like a full circle skirt, but we cut it in such a way that it can be worn shorter in the front and longer on the sides, or the opposite way. (honestly, I was just trying to figure out how to do a full circle skirt, but with the width of our taffeta, it was going to waste about 1 yard for every 3 yards cut, and take a LOT longer to cut. Thus, the oval design)
-The length on these in the front and back is about 40 inches and around 22 inches on the other ends. The elastic waistband will fit a lower waist (not tight corset waist measurement!) of about 29 up to 49, comfortably. If you would like a larger elastic sewn in, don't hesitate to ask, as it's not too much work to cut out the current one and stitch another in! ;)
-These are actually really cute when swagged up with our skirt-hikes, and my favorite way to layer them is with a mini-bustle skirt on top, and having the length on the sides. It makes for a great shape!
