PAYMENT
I only accept Paypal as form of payment. If I have not received your payment within 24 hours, I will contact you. At that time, your order may be canceled. A "reserved" listing will be active for 48 hours. If not purchased within that time, it will be canceled.

FREE SHIPPING on all digital designs! You will approve proof and the high resolution digital files are emailed to the email address you have listed with ArtFire.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Due to the customized nature of Edesigns Studio products, I cannot accept refunds or exchanges of your personalized products after payment has been made.
It is your responsibility to look at your proof and if you do not respond to your proof, I will not be held responsible for any delays or deadline missed.
Colors may look different on your screen, so please note that eDesigns Studio is not responsible for the colors on your computer monitor.
ADDITIONAL POLICIES AND FAQS
All designs listed in my shop can be customized. The colors, fonts, and layout can be changed. If you would like a completely different design contact me and I can create a custom listing for you.
When ordering your photo card from photo processor, make sure you check the cropping. Sometimes the sides get cropped off, and you would not like to loose any of the special details.
Make sure you turn OFF the auto correct Card coloring may differ from computer to computer
