Very pleased with this pen. There is some slight delamination in a few spots. I feel it is Nothing to be concerned with Because Its not a knife blade and it does not detract from the beauty. I did refine the finish to my liking. Again it’s a personal preference wity the original finish being ok. I prefer a smoother surface with shinier contrast of the layers. I do recommend this pen for the prices and shipping was fast
