Shipping Damage
Buyer must document upon receipt any shipping damage or signs of mishandling by the shipper. Buyer must save box and all packing materials for insurance claim purposes. Buyer must notify me via email of any possible damage in shipping or condition of the unit no later than 2 business days after receipt of the product. Failure to do so will void warranty.
Refunds and Exchanges

I certainly hope you like everything I make but in the chance its not what you expected I will refund or credit if I receive the item back within 7 days. You must email me and let me know its coming. I can't refund shipping cost in either direction.

I will leave feedback only after you do. As a seller my reputation depends on positive feedback. Please let me know if anything is wrong with your order before you leave negative feedback. I will try my best to make things right if given the chance.
Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom orders - are gladly accepted. If you want a Bite Me pendant in a different color, your dog on a Christmas ornament, or a special hand painted pendant with your favorite graphic design just let me know! Payment for custom orders must be made prior to the creation but you will have final approval before it ships.

Swapping business cards is great! Send me your cards and I'll include them in packages I send out. I will add extra cards shipped to you if you will do the same.
