PAYMENT POLICIES**NEW YORK STATE RESIDENTS - Sales tax will be charged on items shipped within New York State and must be calculated manually for correct amount. Therefore, please wait to receive a revised invoice before making payment. **Payment is by Paypal or Google Checkout. You can use Paypal without signing up; all you need is a credit card.Payment is due within seven calendar days of purchase and you will receive two payment reminders via email. If payment or correspondence has not been received within that time, your order will be cancelled.Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to shipping without issue. After shipping, item must be returned before receiving a refund.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERYPackages usually ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment. You will be notified when your package is sent. Shipping in the U.S. is generally by First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. If you wish to upgrade to Priority or Express Shipping with insurance, please see the Shipping Upgrades section of the shop to purchase one of these options. NOTE: Artfire does not currently allow multiple shipping profiles, so choosing a shipping upgrade requires revised invoicing. Do not pay for your purchase until you receive this revised invoice.Please make sure that your shipping address is updated and correct. Girl in Gotham Designs is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address when this is the address that has been given. Items will sent to the Paypal or Google Checkout address automatically; please leave a note in the notes to seller section if you would like your package shipped to a different address.
UNHAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE?If you are unhappy with your purchase, returns are accepted within seven days of delivery. You will receive a full refund (minus shipping) upon return of the item in its original condition. For sanitary reasons, earrings cannot be returned. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you are unhappy with your order.
ORDER LOST IN THE MAIL?Orders that do not reach their destination will be recreated (if possible) or refunded. Recreations may take up to 14 days, depending on complexity of piece (and availability of supplies). However, please understand that I will two full weeks for a U.S. orders and four weeks for international orders before refunding.
ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED?Items are packaged to minimize the possibility of damage, but occasionally items will get damaged en route. If something happens to your package during shipping, please contact me immediately. Please indicate (preferably with pictures) the extent of the damage to your product. If possible, item will be recreated and resent or fully refunded.
CARE AND FEEDING OF YOUR WEARABLE ARTEach domino is hand colored, hand stamped and sealed with a clear coat finish. Dominos will withstand normal wear and tear and are waterproof. However, they will not hold up to scratches. Also be careful with sun lotions and body lotions.Ceramic jewelry is made from high fire stoneware or porcelain clay that is fired twice (including a glaze firing). It is durable; however, like other ceramic items it can be broken or damaged through rough handling or by dropping. CUSTOM REQUESTS?All domino jewelry can be made with any combination of color and image you see on the website. If you don't see an item in a color or style you like, let me know and I can most likely create it for you.
NEED A RECEIPT?In an effort to reduce waste, an invoice will not automatically be sent with your order. If you would like a receipt, please let me know and one will be included.
