If an item is damaged in shipping please return in 2 days and I will reship new piece or repair a damaged piece.

No refunds on custom work and sewing jobs, I will redo something if you are not happy with it.
All orders are warrantied for life. This include alterations and repairs.

Return the item and I will replace or repair the item as soon as I am able to. Again if this happens and there is a deadline, please communicate that to me. We have 4 online stores and do a hundred or so orders a month and one primary seamstress with a couple part-time seasonal helpers. Communication is that key :)

Bad communication and never had an idea when it was coming. after repeated attempts to locate a delivery date I was told a lie that they would be here on a Wednesday and still haven't received them the following weekend. And still no email response. Wondering if i got scammed
No communication... still have not received item. Run away!
