We have a 1 year binding warranty and a limited wear warranty.
A 10% restocking fee will apply to any returned rug that is in new/unused condition...example- buyers remorse.
Any rug deemed defective during normal wear and in a reasonable time frame will be picked up by us via a call tag.
It will be repaired or replaced according to our judgement of the defect and returned to you.
