SHIPMENT NOTIFICATION WITH TRACKING NUMBER
FedEx / DHL courier system will send you a notification email to your REGISTERED email address with the tracking no. immediately after the item been shipped. Please note that the SHIPPING NOTIFICATION from FedEx or DHL would be either in your inbox or SPAM / JUNK Folder.
Please contact me if u did not received the tracking no. from Courier Company, I will send it to you manually.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not sactisfied with the our product we send, you may contact us and get fully refund (the price of the item) within 5 days.
Before returning, pls contact us for the returning address, we can't refund you or exchange if the parcel is lost or sent to a wrong address. Buyer need to bear the shipping costs (including forward and return shipping cost).
Please send your returning item with registered mail to avoid unhappy situation. We will refund you as soon as I get the item in original condition(without washed, spoiled).
