Payment is due 48hrs after your order has been placed. A prompt payment from you, ensures a prompt shipment from me.
I prefer PayPal. But I also accept payments via Amazon.com. Many major credit /debit cards can be used thru PayPal and do not require a PayPal acct. To use your credit card choose the PayPal option at check-out, then look for further instructions for using credit cards on the following page.
We reserve the right to cancel any/all unpaid orders from non-responsive or difficult argumentative buyers and/or those who do not abide by shop policies. Future orders placed by these types of customers -- those who compromise our available inventory -- will be automatically and immediately canceled (IDs/info kept on file).

Items offered are new. All sales final. I pull at random from the strands/pendants shown. We have no control over how items are viewed (colors, shades, etc...) on *your* monitor/screen. You will rec the exact sterling gem pendant that is shown. Inventory is limited and not guaranteed. My supplies and workspace are located in a smoke-free home.
~ Shipping and Handling:
We ship 1st Class USPS - we ship 1 x wk generally 3-7days after payment date or e-check clearance. Why? Because we live out of town and do all our errands and such 1 x wk.
Every order is chg'd an initial ship/hand fee + add't per item chg = total.
Please Note: I've used the same shipping & handling practices for the last 6yrs now and haven't raised my shipping prices in 3yrs--even though others have had to do so. We do not offer discounts for shipping & handling because it's a required / on-going expense. For our small company, the ship-handling chg's pays for a SERVICE = the actual postage + pkg'ing materials used + employee wages + service incurred to prepare your order for it's delivery. None of which are free. Thank you.
Unfortunately, the beads/pends do not come pre-pkg'd, counted, pulled, weighed, sorted, prep'd, bagged, and addressed for every order rec'd -- lg orders can take up to an hour or more to prep because it's NOT a speedy process. I'm very happy I'm able to employ someone, but she does NOT volunteer her time. Like everyone else she needs income to pay her bills. :)
Here's an example of GOOD VALUE - Lg Bead Order of 48 items comes to $85.90 Total -- divided by 48 items = $1.79 per item with shipping included. Some were large beads, some were small, some were pends....but each averaged out to be only $1.80ea including the shipping which is a very good value! :D
Delays: Do expect delays during Federal Holidays, posted vacations or events, bad weather, unexpected site disruptions, computer glitches, family emergencies, seasonal illness, etc....we're human too -- you get the picture. Thank you. :)
Shipping Address: The customer address included in your AF order is the address we use. Its the customer's responsibility to post their correct address making sure it's one that can accept parcels. If we have to resend, the add't ship chg's will be the buyer's responsibility.
Insurance: If you elect not to purchase insurance ALL RISK is ASSUMED by the buyer. Be aware we do not cover or cause the loss, damage, theft, or destroy items while en route. We are not responsible for non-delivery. As you know, these problems are the responsibility of USPS and/or caused by careless USPS handlers.
International: Please contact us for the countries we do ship too. My apologies, but we've chosen not to ship everywhere due to the high $ loss of so many missing pkgs that have taken place in the last yr. As you know, we have no control of delays, poor shipping delivery, and/or theft. It becomes even more difficult and stressful once it leaves our country.
Also, any/all custom fees/duty taxes are and will be the buyers responsibility and not refunded or reimbursed by the seller. In rare circumstances, customs or immigration do seize items and/or may cause a long delay in delivery -- unfortunately we have no control or have any power to do much from here. My apologies.
~ ArtFire Bugs:
The site is still in Beta and occasionally experiences glitches and bugs. There is a bug that can occur which will cause items to mistakenly be listed and/or took place when sold w/an amount showing $0.00 -- which is/was completely incorrect. These particular items/orders will not be honored. We don't cause the AF bugs and do not intentionally list items for $0.00 -- we do not honor the error and give away free merchandise when this occurs.

Please, before placing your order take a moment to carefully read brief descriptions, determine lengths, and approximate sizes. Also, if you have any questions please contact me *before* purchasing. All attempts have been made to photograph items correctly in natural light. However, colors will/do vary w/individual monitors and subject to individual opinion. Our shop is a smoke-free environment.
