12 Norweave embroidery designs - based on the Norwegian style known as Akle, adapted for a very modern 70s look with bright colours and bold shapes.
This technique is stitched onto single or double thread canvas, using a blocks of straight, long stitches that covers several rows at once, so it is very quick to work.
All working instructions, graphs and details of materials are included.
Projects include a pouffe, cushions, chairseats, picture, kneeler, wall hanging, stool top and a deck chair cover. All of these patterns would be easily adapted to other projects.
