Details

This curvy fused glass plate features a base of opaque forest green glass topped with a circles of lime green, jade green, chocolate brown and a touch of iridized glass.

The platter measures approximately 9" x 12 1/2" at its widest points. The back includes artist signature and year made in 24k gold.

Inspiration/Story Behind This Product

The glass pieces for this plate were precisely cut, assembled and then fused together in a kiln to approximately 1500 degrees. A diamond bit grinder was then used to smooth the edges and it was placed back in the kiln to polish the edges. The final step uses a mold to refire the piece into its final shape.

All of my items are handmade in my Roswell, GA studio.
