Returning items for refund: all items MUST be returned within 14 days of delivery. This date is noted on tracking info. No returns accepted after 14 days for refund.

*Return must include a note with your full name, date of order, reason for return and any special requests or instructions (exchange or refund).

*Gems or findings that are damaged during use by the customer will not be refunded or exchanged.

Special orders and jewelry can be returned for repair or in-store credit only for the value of the gemstones used.

Shipping and insurance are not refundable and buyer is responsible for return shipping.

A refund or exchange cannot be issued until item is returned to our shop.

All items sold by carat weight are measured by our scales and not all scales are the same. A slight inconsistency in carat weight of the purchased item is not grounds for a refund or return.

Shanuramgems is not responsible for an order once it has been shipped. We are not liable for damage during shipping unless the customer has requested insurance. If you are unhappy with the condition of your package upon arrival please register a complaint with USPS or shipping company used.
